FIELD BINS

Remote Centre Caps

All Field Bins are manufactured with cable remote centre fill caps. All cables & pulleys used are stainless steel.

Materials

High strength aviation rivets are used in conjunction with high tensile zincalume walls, making for a strong reliable structure.

Cone Base

The cone bases are fully welded for optimum strength. All base materials used are galvanised.

Other Features

Manhole in base.
Sight Glasses.
Spring assisted easy lift handles (adjustable).
Collapsible draw bar for PTO operation on Auger bins.
37 - 45 Tonne Field bins are 4.9 metres in diameter (16ft).

13'' and 15'' Auger option on all bins
15'' Auger with optional choke
2 x Double Opening Doors
500mm Centre Fill
Discharge auger measures 4215 (13'10") under the chute.
Optional Extra : Hydraulic Lift

SILO'S

High strength aviation rivets are utilized in conjunction with high tensile zincalume walls making a strong and reliable structure.

Cone Base

The cone bases are fully welded for optimum strength. All galvanised materials are used in base construction.

Manhole in base.
Sight Glasses.
Cone sits above butterfly valve to assist in operation.
Child Proof ladder runs the full height of silo.
Ladder operates at 70 degrees to the silo and retracts to sit against the wall of the silo when not in use.
